300g Biscoff biscuits (2 ½ cups) 450g full-fat cream cheese (I used Philadelphia) (2 cups)
75g icing sugar (9 tbsp), 100g unsalted butter (melted) (7 tbsp), 250g smooth Biscoff spread (1 cup), ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 270ml double cream (1 cup + 2 tbsp), 150g smooth Biscoff spread (melted and slightly cooled) (2/3 cup)
Extra Biscoff biscuits and crumbs to decorate (optional)
